Welcome to the Cities of Southwest Florida

Truly a vacationer’s paradise, situated along the Gulf of Mexico stretching from Sarasota to Everglades City.

Southwest Florida is a diverse region growing at a record setting pace.

Each city has it’s own unique qualities to offer. Among some of the wonderful amenities are a vast array of museums, nature trails, historic homes, galleries, theatres, golf courses, fishing, boating and our famous beaches.

In October of 2017, National Geographic released the top 25 happiest cities in the US and Southwest Florida ranked high for a couple of those cities.

Working with Gallup, they tried to identify cities where contentment is especially high. Residents of the cities say they feel safe, enjoy being active and productive, manage their money well, make time for vacations, eat well and learn something new or interesting every day.

Here are a couple of our local results from that report:
Naples – ImmokaleeMarco Island ranked 11th on the top 25 list.

The North PortSarasota – Bradenton area ranked 14th.
