Roads might be a little wet for the commute this morning, but with the exception of a few stray showers, most of us are done with the rain.
The clouds will take a little longer to clear out, though. By this afternoon, expect sunnier skies and warmer temperatures as daytime highs reach the lower 80s.
The cold front that brought the rain overnight won’t do much to cool off our temperatures during the day, but a slight drop in humidity combined with a northerly breeze will allow for slightly cooler weather this evening and tonight.
We’ll start off your Saturday morning with a few clouds and temperatures in the lower 60s and upper 50s, and then we’ll see a quick warm up through the weekend as highs bounce back into the middle 80s.
Our next best chance of rain will be Sunday afternoon into Sunday night as we track another cold front moving down the Florida peninsula, which will reach our area late Monday night into Tuesday morning.
