Matlacha Walking Tour
June 6 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
4/28 – Hi friends! We are rescheduling this event, but I do not have a confirmed date. The tentative date is June 6th, but I will let you know once confirmed.
This event is being rescheduled to 5/2. As with the other events, I did not want to cancel, as I know our local businesses are all going to need us. I hope you can make the new date. If not, please call (239)[masked].
Stay safe, everyone!
I do this tour every year and it’s always so much fun! If you are like me and love to learn more about your community, this tour is a must!
During our walking tour of the island, our tour guide will teach us the unique history of Matlacha Island, as well as take us through Leoma Lovegrove’s new art gallery. The tour ends in Leoma’s private garden with locally made ice cream served in a real coconut shell.
Tickets are $21.30 (after tax) and can be purchased below. The tour is limited to 25 people (and will be opened to the public if we do not reserve enough spaces), so please buy your tickets as soon as possible.
The event is listed at the bottom of the page (April 4th Private Tour).
After the tour, anyone that is interested can join me for lunch at one of the amazing local restaurants (location to be determined).
I hope you can come!
Please read below from the tour company:
